Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. This right applies to all goods purchased on this website except for any pierced products, such as earrings which are excluded due to current Health & Hygiene Regulations. We are committed to providing customers with high quality products and customer service; however in the event that products are found to be faulty or unsuitable, please follow the return instructions outlined below.
If the items you have ordered through our website are unsuitable or damaged, please send an email to customer.service@delaila.co.uk with your invoice number, date of purchase, product code, reason for return/replacement, and contact details, We will then provide you with a returns authorisation number (RA) and all approved goods must be returned in their original packaging with the corresponding RA number to the address below with 21 days of your original order.

Once the product is received complete with original packaging, we will provide you with a refund/exchange/merchandise credit as quickly as possible; in busy times, this process can take slightly longer but will not be longer than 30 days. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. This will include sales taxes for all European Union country shipments but will exclude the shipping charges. All gift recipients without sales receipts will be entitled to a non refundable merchandise credit only.
We strongly recommend that you arrange for proof of delivery on returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
