Once your order has been accepted and payment received, we will ship your order. You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your order has been despatched. All paid orders will be despatched within 48 hours and arrive within 3 working days from despatch date. You can track the progress of existing orders and view historical orders in your account section on our site.
All UK orders are shipped to the address specified by you during the ordering process. We take great care when delivering your product, and hence all orders are despatched via royal mail special delivery or other special delivery courier and need to be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over. There will be a flat fee of £6 added to your invoice total.
We ship to Europe and the Rest of the world using Royal Mail International Signed for delivery service or other specialised courier. All goods must be signed for so please specify a delivery address where there will be someone present to sign for the goods.

We aim to deliver within 5 working days within Europe from date of despatch and for the rest of the world it is likely to take up to 10 working days according to the location and the local postal services. However, during very busy periods i.e. Christmas, please allow longer.
For goods travelling outside of the EU, VAT (17.5%) will be removed from your order at point of sale. Please note: Any customs or airport duties are charged when the package reaches its destination. Therefore any such charges that may be incurred are necessarily the responsibility of the receiver. Customs and airport charges vary depending on country of destination. For further information on customs charges please contact your local customs office. Any import duty and local sales taxes will not be refunded to Non-EU customers who return goods.
